For orders in Spain (only registered clients from peninsula) up to 50 €, the cost is: 4,54 € + VAT (5,70 €) of delivery costs).
From 50 € of purchasing, the delivery is free.

Orders from the UE over 70 € will get free delivery.

IMPORTANT
Once the shipment has left, you cannot change the delivery address because it costs another shipment. Unless it is paid by the customer.

DEADLINES
All the orders will be sent the same day they were received, and when they are placed before 14:00. The orders received after 14:00, will be sent the next day. They aren’t dealt with on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. 

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL
Send with Tip-sa, or GLS.
The term will be between 24 to 48 hours from the reception of the orders.

EUROPEAN UNION
The term of entry will be from 4 to 10 days.

SOUTH OF AMERICA
Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela and Chile: The term of the entry will be between 10 and 15 days.

USA
The term of the entry will be between 10 and 15 days.

PAYMENT
You can pay your purchases with these forms (it depends on the zone). 
Contra reembolso for cash on delivery: you pay your order to the dealer when you receive your parcel (+ 1.50 € for costs) . Only for items sent from the peninsula.
Transfer: for all the send. Important!! Do the transfer on the 7 days following the order, otherwise the order will be canceled.
PayPal and credit card: Through the secure and well known platform you can pay for your purchases with your PayPal account or your credit card.
Unconfirmed Pay Pal orders will be canceled immediately.


RETURN OF GOODS
You have 7 business days since receiving your order, to request a refund (According to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996 on 15 January the Retail Trade Act as amended by 47/2002 on 19 December.).
Do not worry if this term does not give you time to make the return shipment. If  you inform us, it is sufficient.
-The products returned must be in the same condition they were sent. They have to retain the original packaging, labels, and guarantees.
-For hygienic reasons, we don’t accept returns of underwear and swimwear.
-Unless the return is due to an error on our part, or a manufacturing defect, only changes are permitted.
-If there is no product that interests you, you keep the value of the returned product for an indefinite period, until you find a product that you like.
-the return Shipping will be at the expenses of the customer. When the return is due to an error on our part, or a manufacturing defect, we will take care of the shipping.
-Can’t be permitted, carriage return without having first been accepted by our customer service.
