Exchanges & Returns
The process is very simple: just enter the email address you used for your purchase to access your customer account. Once inside, you'll be able to view your orders and manage your exchange or return quickly and easily. You can also request it via the website chat.

EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are free of charge for orders within Spain and Europe.
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request the exchange through this link. We will send you a return label and, once the item is received, refund the amount in store credit, which you can use on your next purchase. You’ll see your credits in your account.
RETURNS:
If you wish to return a product and choose to receive the amount in Store Credit, it will be treated as an exchange — the process is completely free. You can use the credit at any time for future purchases.
If you prefer to receive a refund via the original payment method (instead of Store Credit), the return will incur a cost that depends on the country you're returning from. In that case, you have two options:

We'll refund the full amount once the item is received. -
Request a return label through this link. In this case, the following fees will be deducted from the refund:

Spain: €3

Europe: €8
We’ll refund the full amount minus the return fee once we receive the item.

For orders from outside the European Union, as well as from Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland, you must return the package at your own expense to the following address:

You have 30 working days from the date of delivery to request a return (in accordance with Art. 44 of Law 7/1996 on Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002).
Once we receive your item, we will process the corresponding refund.
Important:
• Please include the order packing slip inside the package (or, if you don’t have it, a note with your customer details).
Return conditions:
• Products must be in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging and tags.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
Please keep your proof of purchase and delivery in case of any claims.
