What is the points redemption system?
The Points Redemption System has been created to thank you for your support and offer you future incentives. Our Points Redemption System is as simple as its name suggests.
By shopping at www.grimey.com, you will accumulate Purchase Points based on the amount you spend. Once accumulated, you can use them to pay for future purchases at www.grimey.com.
Please note that awarded points are valid for 18 months from the date they are granted.
How does it work?
When an order is placed, the total order amount will be used to calculate the number of points earned. These points will be added to your Purchase Points account as pending points.
All your pending points are displayed in your ACCOUNT / REWARDS section and will remain there until they are confirmed/approved by grimey.com. Once your pending points have been approved, they will be credited to your account with their corresponding value, ready to be redeemed for any item you choose.
Points are valid for 18 months from the date they are granted. To check the status and total number of accumulated points, you must log into your account.
In the shopping cart, you can generate a discount code using the points you wish to redeem and apply it during checkout.
Grimey Wear reserves the right to cancel such points in the event of returns, re-shipments, address changes, or any customer-related incident that results in an increase in shipping costs.
Points and values
Currently, for every €1.00 spent at www.grimey.com, you earn 1 point. Each point is worth €0.05 in discounts for future purchases.
Example:
Product cost: €100.00
Discount earned: €5.00
Earned points can be used for future purchases and are valid for 18 months from the date they are granted.
Please note that we reserve the right to modify the indicated percentage without prior notice. The percentage shown here is the one currently in effect.
How do I redeem points?
If you have available points in your Purchase Points account, you can use them to pay for purchases made at www.grimey.com, provided they are within their 18-month validity period from the date they were granted.
In the shopping cart, you can generate a discount code using the number of points you wish to redeem and apply it during checkout. Once the order is confirmed, your Purchase Points account will be automatically updated and the redeemed points will be deducted from your balance.
Note: Any purchase partially paid with points will generate additional Purchase Points only for the portion of the total amount that has not been paid with points.
Minimum quantity required
Currently, a minimum of 20 points (€1) is required to redeem. We recommend checking this page regularly in case we make any changes to this section.
Maximum number of points redeemed per order
A maximum of 10,000 points (€500) can be redeemed per order. We recommend checking this page regularly for any changes we make to this section.
Do you get points for shipping costs?
No.
Shipping costs are excluded from the calculation of points earned.
Do you get points for taxes on your order?
Yeah.
The amount of taxes is included in the calculation of points earned.

Do you get points for discounted products?
Yeah.
The amount of the discounted references is included in the calculation of points earned.

Do you earn points for purchases paid for with points?
Yeah.
When calculating points earned, points are also accumulated for purchases made with the redemption of points.

Terms of use
Purchase Points are only available to registered members of @GRIMEY_WEAR.
Purchase Points are earned and applied only to purchases made through the website or in the Grimey Factory (Calle Cincel 2, Rivas Vaciamadrid) and must be validated by @GRIMEY_WEAR.
Purchase Points cannot be exchanged or transferred between customers.
Purchase Points cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
Purchase Points do not accumulate on canceled purchases.
When you purchase with Points, you can also select another payment method if you don't have enough Purchase Points to offset the cost of your purchase.
When calculating points earned, shipping costs and taxes are excluded (probably in addition to other items. For more information, see this Points Redemption System Help).
